MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
Termination – If there are requests for a change of schedule or discontinued care, a two week’s written notice is required. If a request for terminating childcare is made, a two week’s fee is required as well as a two week’s written notice. According to the terms of this contract, the provider is entitled to a guaranteed wage, and therefore, will be paid at the regular rate for the following circumstances: Child’s absence due to illness, vacation, or for any other reason. Late drop off, or early pick-up, there is no “make up” time or exchanging days. All holidays are listed in the parent policies.
Children that are picked up later than their scheduled time will be charged $1.00 for every minute (per child). Late payment: $5.00 per day until payment is made. NSF checks: $15.00 per check. Payment in cash will be required after a second returned check.
